Return & Refund Policy
At MOSCHUS, we take pride in the quality of our perfumes. Due to the nature of fragrance products, we do not accept returns for opened or used items. However, we will happily assist you in the following cases:
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the issue.
- Eligible products must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging to qualify for a return or exchange.
- Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
